I have taught art locally for some years and enjoy helping groups or individuals to enjoy drawing and painting with different art materials.Learn how to handle various media with tips on preparation and materials to develop your preferred colour palette and your own style.

Learn about the importance of composition and how to interpret a subject from life or from photographs. Enjoy experimenting with mixed media where other materials can be used with watercolour to add exciting effects to your pictures.

I place great importance in helping you to discover your inner artist by helping you find what suits your style. Getting the basics right will help you have confidence with the medium so that you feel you are developing your skills and most important of all enjoying yourself. I offer individual tuition, group sessions and regular classes.
